Long time no read! Welcome back. Your story has so much potential in so many possible directions. A nice gentle chapter; I must admit I had imagined Harry having to prove himself by a smigeon of magic against somebody, like getting them to ram their face with an ice cream cone because of some threat or insult to Ginny. I even wondered if Gringotts would feature as Harry showed grandmother Prewit he could look after ginny. However as I said a nice gentle chapter and we still have Dumbledore's panic to look forward to. Oldman.

Interesting and amusing. I keep expecting every new part to be the one where Harry gets discovered. At least now they won't be separated.
Thank you for updating.
More soon, please

I really love this story. I hope your muse finds you again and pinches .... I mean tickles ... I mean gently nudges you until you get on a roll & just can't help writing more and more until it's finished. With food & sleep & potty breaks as needed, of course. And whatever else MUST be done. ;-)

This is a great chapter. I really like Ginny's Grandmum. She is great and very understanding. I like the way she explained things to Harry and Ginny. That was very good. I'm glad Ginny had such a happy birthday.
Thanks for writing. I look forward to more of this story. I know you are also a beta for other authors. Now I know what takes so long. pms

I liked that bit with the storybook from Flourish & Blott's. Sort of paves the way for that whole writing in Tom's diary thing she did in Chamber of Secrets.
I've seen computer games (okay they were a long time ago and I'm old) that twisted the story based on the way you answered questions.
Good job. Hope this means you're over that writer's block for good.

I just realized I'd forgotten you said this was NaNoWriMo so I withdraw the comments previously made about needing a beta. My bad.

Hmm, well, that's one way to resolve an arguement. I suspect she may have felt a bit better once she realized why he did it and that he was careful. The second ceremony was nice and it looks like there's going to be quite an intense bond there (one wonders when Dumbles is going to tumble that Harry isn't at Privet Drive). The birthday was nicely done and it's amusing that no one has yet caught on to Harry's presence, save Grandma Prewitt. She seems quite knowledgeable and supportive and I expect they'll need that in the future.

It so sad that Ginny get upset with Harry. It nice the talk has with Ginny grandmother, it so funny that Ginny is the youngest of the kids and she is first to get married

**does the Happy Dance** I love this story! This chapter was very sweet and I can't wait for more. Fred & George do Hogwarts - how scary!! Love the sweet birthday and lunch with Grandmum Prewett. I hope your writers' block lets up so you can give us more of this sweet and wonderful story!
Cheers,
Cassie

He has to get found eventually. It would be a real hoot if his Hogwarts letter found him at the Burrow. If that wasn't notice, it might be even more fun for Ginny's letter to show up addressed to Ginevra Potter. Molly would go ballistic.
Musings of Apathy replied:
I don't plan to drag it that far along. I think part of the set-up and part of the fun will be in Harry being and living at the Burrow as Ginny's husband, not necessarily Ron's friend. How will that change Harry's time at the Burrow, compared to canon?
Thank you for the review.

The second major hurdle to Harry staying has been successfully cleared. It'll be fun to see the next. Folks are already guessing what's next in their reviews. :)
Seems to be coming along nicely. This is the type of Harry/Ginny story I like. Canon Harry and Ginny just don't go well together.

That's a cute chapter. Writer's block happens, and people work through it in their own time.
This chapter doesn't seem to foreshadow anything in the future. The issue of Harry's disappearance is still kind of questionable, since he will eventually be attending Hogwarts. It seems that -- besides a visit to Diagon Alley -- there isn't much looming in the near future for them. Will Grandmother Prewett die before they get to school? That's about the only other event I can think of.
Then they just have to survive a few years at Ginny's house. Navigating through the problem of leaving tracks in the snow, figuring out how to do the housework. And they have wands (and some of Harry's money), so they could get in some practice before school.
I hope you have better luck with the next chapter.
Musings of Apathy replied:
There are plenty of events for the future. I am trying to avoid setting up and showing all of the pins before I knock them down.
Thank you for the review.
