*chuckle* I love the way it's all coming apart for Dumbles and he doesn't realize it. I have to snicker at the fact that he never thought to even check on the main Potter vault(s). Ah, the blinders of an unwarranted assumption of superiority will get you. It's going to be interesting if Ginny's grandmum helps her break Ginny & Harry to Charlie. :D I wonder how long it's going to be before the elder Weasleys finally tumble to what's going on? And, after they've heard everything, will they tell Dumbledore or just leave it 'til Harry gets his Hogwarts letter and matters are more out in the open? This is a fun story.

I was very happy to see a new chapter. I was rather hoping Molly would catch them out, as that would lead to some interesting consequences, probably involving a lot of shouting! The development with Charlie, while hardly unexpected, has the potential for even more interesting possibilities, particularly as it involves Ginny's grandmother. I like her and am curious about her advice: will she just tell them to come clean or will she have a more useful suggestion? Dumbledore's interaction with the Goblins was also entertaining, particularly the glee with which the they misled him. In any case, I am very much looking forward to the next chapter.

This chapter had a few more asides to the reader than I remember from earlier chapters. I think primarily for that reason, it didn't strike me as being as good as the earlier chapters have been, though still quite enjoyable. Or maybe it's just the headache I have this morning, in which case I apologize...

As other users have pointed out, I'm pretty happy to see an update! I love this (so far) little story. I think, perhaps, Dumbledore came across as a mite bit thick this chapter, but that's quite alright. He is only human after all.

Fun chapter. I was glad to receive the update notification. Poor Dumbledore -- lost Harry. I rather liked his questioning of Petunia, but am wondering about the idea of Dudley's future education. Did that mean Albus planned to use Harry's money to fund Dudley's schooling.? I hope not.

I quite liked that Albus specified Harry's trust vault. I wonder what would have happened if he'd asked about the family vault.?

I like the kids' idea of asking Ginny's grandmother for assistance in answering Charlie's letter. I'm looking forward to seeing what becomes of that.

Actually -- I'm just plane looking forward to more when you can.

I'm glad to see you're back!! I was wondering when this would be updated but I understand how life can interfere and how hard it can be if you run into writer's block. Great chapter! I am looking forward to the next one, whenever that comes out, to see how Harry and Ginny go about answering Charlie's letter.
I know you don't need ideas, but it would seem since her grandmother seems to be on their side she would volunteer to say she gave Ginny the money, but I'll let you deal with that part of the story.
It will also be interesting to see how much Dumbledore will interfere, or at least try to, and how the goblins will defer him with their own tactics. It always bothered me, in canon, that he was so much in control of Harry's life. I never understood how he was able to place him with who he wanted and how he was able to control his life without any inteferance from anyone but I guess since he was DUMBLEDORE nobody bothered to say anything.
Well, great job on this chapter and I hope the next one doesn't take as long but I'll be sure to wait how ever long it takes!

I was very happy to see that this story was updated.

I also wonder where you are looking to take this. I would like to see what would happen with harry found and how things settle after. Question is whether he just gets to stay or is taken away and has to find his way back. You can then have some overview of his life after that point until he is ready to go to school. It would be great if because Harry and Ginny are married they get to stay together in hogwarts or atleast attend the same year if you go that far.

I for one would love to see what happens with the couple through the hogwarts years.

Oh My! How in the world did Molly fail to see Harry? It must be Magic! That was really amazing. Dumbledore is really stupid if he thinks Harry still needs to be with the Durseley's. I don't think he knows how close they came to killing Harry. It doesn't sound like he explored that part of Harry's treatment by his "relatives"! Now Harry and Ginny are faced with Charlie's question of "where did Ginny get all this gold"! Hopefully Grandmum Prewett will have some good advice for Ginny and Harry. It was a bit mean to suggest that we'd be getting the denouement fireworks and then back out. Although it does raise the question: what is your intended scope for this story? All the way through the end of Voldemort? Just until Harry's discovered?

I'm sorry to hear about the writer's block, is Cracked Reservoir any less blocked? I enjoyed the chapter; seeing the goblins make sport of Dumbledore is fun. I'd think the next chapter of Family Inseperable would include some snarky Snape comments. I wonder if Harry's galaxy will deflect post owls? Thanks for writing. W.
